Hello Serena,
It sounds like Main Street, U.S.A. is calling your name! If you're like me, you'll do a big happy dance when you first step foot in the Magic Kingdom Park and stroll towards Cinderella Castle. And I imagine you'll do happy dances everywhere you visit in the Walt Disney World Resort.
As a Guest who looks forward to all the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort just like you, I always enjoy sharing suggestions to help other Guests plan their own magical stays.
Once upon a time, there were planning videos that could be requested. The great news is that this information is now all easily available at your fingertips -- both online at
Disneyworld.com and in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. The reason I see this as great news is that the Walt Disney World Resort is always adding new magical experiences for Guests -- in Resort hotels, theme park attractions, dining, entertainment, and so much more. The best way to get this always changing, always exciting, always expanding planning information is to check it out online or in the mobile app. So while there isn't information that I can mail out myself or have sent to you, I can offer a few tips to help get you started with your planning.
As I see it, the three big pieces of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation plan will focus on where to stay, how to enjoy the theme parks, and how to book your own vacation package.
My first suggestion is to explore the Resort hotels in the
Disney Resorts Collection. You'll see there are unique accommodations to meet just about every vacation plan and vacation budget. Next, take a look at the
Tickets & Visit Guide to help you plan your theme park fun. You'll see there are suggestions for just about every type of Guest -- from first-time Guests to thrill seekers to foodies to families with little ones. When you're ready, you can use the c
onvenient vacation package planning tools to book your Resort hotel accommodations and your theme park tickets. Of course, you can always call the Walt Disney World Resort at (407) 939-5277 and a friendly Cast Member can assist you with your booking.
Sometimes I think it's helpful to collect even more in-depth planning information. You might want to complement what you check out online by picking up
an official guidebook to get even more details.
I also suggest following the
Disney Parks blog and the
planDisney panel on social media to stay in the know about all that's new and exciting as you plan your magic.
Serena, here's wishing you lots of fun planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. If you're looking for tips and suggestions as you make your plans, do come see us at planDisney with your questions.
