Ashlei from UT Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I’m wondering if it’s possible to just change the park we start at without just canceling our reservation?

    Hi Ashlei, welcome to planDisney!

I just want to start off by saying excellent choice on purchasing park hopper tickets! My family and I are huge fans of the park hopper tickets, as it really lets us maximize our day and tailor it to exactly how we want to experience the Disneyland Resort!

But back to your main question, unfortunately, the only way to change your starting theme park is to cancel your current theme park reservation and book a new reservation for the theme park that you want to start at. Please make sure to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see if the theme park you want to start at has availability. If there is no availability, there's still hope! Reservation availability is fluid and constantly changing as Guests can make changes to their reservations themselves from within their Disneyland Resort account. So I recommend you constantly monitor the reservation availability calendar to see if something opens up!

And June is a great time to visit The Happiest Place on Earth! Many amazing experiences have returned to the Disneyland Resort, such as the traditional character meet and greets! But that's not all, the Main Street Electrical Parade and Disneyland Forever fireworks at Disneyland Park and World of Color at Disney California Adventure Park have all returned as well! And last but certainly not least, Fantasmic! is set to return on May 28, 2022, so you'll get to experience all of these experiences!

    See ya real soon!
