Howdy Joe!
Welcome to
planDisney! Thank you for sharing this great question with us! I have some great information that I know will put your mind at ease!
The
Walt Disney World Resort does a fantastic job so that most all guests in any situation can “Make Memories to Last a Lifetime” during their visit to “The Most Magical Place on Earth!” If you are familiar with the
Disability Access Service, you know how fantastic it is, but if this is your first time using it, you are in for a treat! The Disability Access Service can be set up 30-days before your arrival date via live chat (beginning this fall), or you can arrange this unique feature at Guest Relations at the entrance of each theme park. If you decide to set this service up before you arrive, you will be able to set your first two experience return times. If you wait until you are at the theme park entrance, a Cast Member with Guest Relations can arrange your first experience return time.
Disney’s Genie Service (coming this fall) will add a great benefit to all guests who utilize the Disability Access Service! The Disney Genie Service will be linked to your
My Disney Experience. Through this feature, you will obtain a return time for your next attraction and so on! Suppose you do not choose to utilize the Disney Genie Service through your My Disney Experience. In that case, you will obtain a return time at the next attraction experience or through Guest Relations throughout the theme parks. Hakuna Matata, No Worries about your family! Your family can be linked to you through your My Disney Experience, and you will be able to select everyone that will be riding with you for each attraction! Mickey has everything figured out, and he is waiting for your arrival!
With all the exciting things coming during the 18-month once-in-a-lifetime 50th anniversary, check “
