Greetings Amy! Welcome to planDisney, we're so glad you're here!
I totally understand that life happens and even the most magical plans need to change. Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets are non-refundable, but the good news is that not all is lost! You should be able to cancel your
theme park reservations and reschedule your visit for a future date. Theme park tickets are valid until their expiration date, One-day tickets that are purchased today are valid through December 30, 2027, and Multi-day tickets must be used within 13 days of their first use or by January 12, 2028. I would definitely verify the expiration date of your tickets, and I hope that you're able to reschedule your trip if your plans end up changing!
You can
modify your theme park reservations online or through the
Disneyland Mobile App. In the app, I like to navigate to the three horizontal bar line icon in the bottom right-hand corner, and then scroll down and tap "Park Reservations." You'll then see a button to "Make or Modify Park Reservations" where you'll be able to modify your dates or cancel your reservation. If you run into any trouble, don't hesitate to reach out to a helpful Cast Member on the
Ticket Services line.
I highly recommend exploring the
Disney Parks Blog before your next trip, or any visit to a Disney destination! It truly is the best place to browse through all of the latest events, foodie guides, and news for the Disney Parks.
I hope this information is helpful for you and your daughter's ticket, Amy! Don't hesitate to
follow-up with me directly if I can help with any other questions for your upcoming trip.
Have a magical day!
Melissa
