I’m wondering where I can pick up my Florida resident annual pass?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Dina! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

Congratulations on becoming a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder. You are going to love a year of magic. I've been a passholder for years and years now and it is absolutely amazing. I love being able to visit the Walt Disney World Theme Parks pretty much anytime my schedule allows. Plus, all of the perks of the program are great too. Driving to the Walt Disney World Theme Parks I really appreciate the complimentary theme park parking and the discounts on food and merchandise are great too.

Dina, you are able to pick up your Walt Disney World Annual Pass at Guest Relations outside of any of the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks or at Disney Springs. You'll need to bring a photo i.d. with you and your proof of Florida residency so the Cast Member will be able to verify your pass. Your Walt Disney World Annual Pass will be activated upon the first use. After that, you've got a whole year of magic to enjoy. You can see the expiration date under the tickets section of your MyDisneyExperience account once it is officially activated.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop back by and ask me

    Have fun!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
