    I'm wondering about New Years Eve. We are planning on going to Animal Kingdom that day, the park closes at 7pm. We do not have park hopper. Does Downtown Disney, Boardwalk or any Resorts have activities etc..for children 6 and 9? Love this panel! Thanks

    Thanks so much for your question!!!!!  It sounds like you are going to have a fabulous time kicking off 2014!  I am so excited for you!! 

    I just checked with a Cast Member and the list of activities at the resort hotels for New Year's Eve have not yet been released.  They are typically announced a week or so before the actual holiday. In the past, each resort has done something to celebrate including activities such as crafts and games for children throughout the day.
     
    Downtown Disney does not typically do anything.  However, there was a Halloween party at DisneyQuest this year so you might check their list of activities as we get closer to the end of December.

    At this time, it is the same for BoardWalk.  I don't know that anything is planned for BoardWalk but stay tuned.

    Sorry I don't have more information for you right now but be sure to check the Walt Disney World website often and contact your resort hotel directly as you get closer to your check-in date.
