Petunia from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I’m wondering, instead of refunding a ticket will I be able to use that ticket for somebody else?

    Hi there, Petunia!

Since theme park tickets are nonrefundable, there are two ways to utilize tickets that can’t be used as originally intended. First, the theme park reservation may be canceled and booked for another available date that is still valid for the given ticket. Second, wholly-unused tickets may be given to another Guest to enjoy. To update the name tied to a given ticket you may call the Tickets phone line or use the chat feature in the Disneyland mobile app.

I hope you are able to make use of your theme park ticket and enjoy a magical visit to the Disneyland Resort, Petunia. There is a lot of returning and expanding magic to enjoy at the Disneyland Resort. I hope you can experience as much of it as possible soon!

    Have a magical time!
