Hi, I'm wondering if we use our Fast Passes for a show instead of a ride, how far in advance do we need to arrive at the venue?

    Hi there, Tracy!

When you have a FastPass+ for a show, such as Festival of the Lion King in Disney's Animal Kingdom, the times that you choose for your FastPass+ will be the time that you must use your Magic Band or card to be granted entrance into the show.

For example, If your FastPast+ time for a show is 11:10am-11:20am, this is the time that you will be allowed to enter into the auditorium. Guests with FastPass+ will enter the auditorium before the other guests waiting in line for the same show.  I would suggest arriving at the FastPass+ line a little early, 5-10 minutes, to stand in the PastPass+ line, just to try and get the best seat possible inside the auditorium.

I hope this helps to make your upcoming Disney vacation a little easier to plan!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
