    Hello, I’m wondering if the disney food truck line up changes nightly? We are going in March (19-26), and was wondering if they were there every night and if the trucks change from night to night. Thank you.

    Hi Christine!

    The Disney Food Trucks at Disney Springs are stationary and have been the same for quite some time now with possibly a couple menu changes here and there.  They do not change up their offerings nightly, but they did just add a new truck last month for those with a sweet tooth called Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet Food Truck.  I had the Cookies 'n Cream Cold Brew Cookie Dough and it was pretty good!  My kids loved the cookie dough "sundaes". 

    My favorite of the trucks is the Mac & Cheese Food Truck with their Barbeque Brisket Macaroni & Cheese.  There is live music right by the trucks in the evening, so it's nice to grab a bite and sit and listen while you eat.
