    I'm wondering if dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern is a character dinner? I've seen conflicting information and I'm not sure the characters are there anymore. If not I'm thinking of heading over to Whispering Canyons.

    Hello, Tiffany!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

    At one time, the Liberty Tree Tavern did offer character dining for its guests.  Unfortunately at this time, the Liberty Tree Tavern is no longer offering a character dining experience.  I was sad when this happened because this was a family "must do" with every Walt Disney World vacation and my boys were crushed to hear that characters would not be a part of their dining experience.

    Now Whispering Canyons is one "mighty fun time" waiting to happen.  You are simply going to LOVE it! Let me just say that there is much in store for you and your family!

    May your upcoming trip be filled with many new and MAGICAL memories.  Please come back and join us again should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  We are always ready to help you plan a wonderful WDW vacation.
