Hello I’m wondering how I would get my dass for Disney land

Hello there, Esther! Welcome to planDisney. We love helping Guests get all the answers to their planning questions. We are so glad you stopped by!

In just a few days you will be on Main Street, U.S.A. taking in all the sights and sounds around you. The Disability Access Service is available to support Guests who are unable to wait in conventional queue for extended periods of time. If you think you would benefit from DAS, there are two ways to register. You can register through video chat up to 60 days before your arrival or in person on the day of your park visit. The Guest with the qualifying disability requesting to use DAS must be present during the call.

If it is determined that you would benefit from DAS, you will want to make sure you have the Disneyland app downloaded as this will be where you will make attraction return time selections on the days of your visit. If you do not have a mobile device that supports the app, you can get help from Guest Relations. The Disneyland app is a great tool to help you navigate the parks and I always recommend that you take some time to familiarize yourself with the features.

Esther, I hope that you have a wonderful visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
