I'm wondering how to cancel ADR's that were made using the online booking system?

    Hi Amy!

You can cancel reservations that you've made over the phone and online through the online booking system. The only exceptions are reservations that you have placed a credit card guarantee on or paid in full like Cinderella's Royal Table, Fantasmic dinner packages, etc. These you will still have to call Disney Dining to cancel. All other dining reservations can be cancelled online.

To access your dining reservations visit the main website at http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/ . At the top right of the page is a little suitcase icon and the words "My Disney Vacation". Hover your mouse over "My Disney Vacation" but don't click - it will bring up a list of options. Click on the very last option - "Dining Reservations".

On the Dining Reservations page, there is a place to enter the confirmation number you received when making your ADRs and the phone number used. You can enter multiple reservation numbers at once to save time. Once you submit this information, all of your ADRs will show up on the page. To cancel, all you need to do is click on "Cancel" in each ADR box. When you click to cancel a box will pop up and ask if you're sure you want to proceed because one you cancel your reservations can't be retrieved again. You will need to cancel each ADR individually.

    I hope this helps!
