A warm
planDisney welcome to you, Dayna!
I'm thrilled that you are planning a vacation to the
Disneyland Resort! A trip that includes a stay at a Disneyland Resort Hotel is so magical.
I understand that you want to pay for your hotel stay using multiple
Disney Gift Cards. No problem! To do it, you will want to book your hotel as a normal booking and
not in a
vacation package. The reason is that when you book a vacation package, you must finish paying off the package 30 days before your arrival. However, when you book your hotel as a normal booking, you will only pay a deposit to reserve your hotel and the rest is due at check-in. This is when you will use the Disney Gift Cards to pay for the remaining balance.
Note: Within five days of your arrival, you can use the optional
Direct-to-Room Service online or via the
Disneyland App. This service saves time by having you complete your check-in before your arrival date. When you use this service, you must provide a credit card for incidentals. Although this is a useful service, I don't recommend it in this case because the credit card on file might be automatically charged to pay for the balance.
Tip: If you have Disney Gift Cards that are
e-cards, it is a good idea to print them from the e-mail confirmation to expedite the check-in process on your arrival date.
Dayna, I hope this answers your question. If you have any more inquiries, please feel free to visit us again. I wish you the happiest stay!
Your Pal,
