    Hi! I'm wondering if anyone could help me, I'm going to be in walt Disney world this summer for my parents 25th wedding anniversary. Is there anything I could plan or do while I'm there to celebrate it? All ideas welcome, thanks!!

    Hi Anne!

    This is a great thing to celebrate at Walt Disney World!  Congratulations to your parents on such a great milestone! 

    One of the things I recommend doing is making a nice dinner reservation.  I recommend one of the following locations for such a celebration:
    • California Grill on top of the Contemporary Resort
    • Jiko at the Animal Kingdom Lodge
    • Citricos at the Grand Floridian Resort
    • Artist Point at the Wilderness Lodge
    • Bistro de Paris inside Epcot if you want something in a theme park

    I also recommend getting a custom cake made.  Custom cakes must be ordered in advance via the cake hotline at (407) 827-2253; be sure to call at least 48 hours in advance.  If you forgot, you can pick up a small celebration cake at most Walt Disney World Resort restaurants, but I think a custom cake is the way to go.

    You might also consider a Wishes fireworks cruise or an Illuminations cruise.  Between the two, I prefer the Wishes cruise but I know many guests prefer to see Illuminations.  You really can't go wrong either way.
