I'm about 2 wks out from making dining reservations. This is our first trip with our 4 yo daughter & 2 yo son. Which character breakfast is best to book for them? I'd rather focus on the princesses. Open to breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Thanks!

    Hi Danielle!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm oh so excited for your family's first visit to Walt Disney World Resort! I also have a 2-year-old son and have found so much in this Preschool Planning Guide to be helpful for our family vacations.

Dining with your favorite Characters is quintessential first Walt Disney World Resort Vacation. My recommendation would definitely be to visit during breakfast. I returned from my very own best friend vacation just last week where four moms took five kids all under 3-years-old and we found this meal to be our most successful option. Everyone was happy at the same time, everyone was hungry enough to eat despite all of the excitement, and the menus all offered something for everyone to enjoy, even my little guy who is pickiest eater.

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Epcot and Cinderella's Royal Table in Magic Kingdom Park are both decked out in all the Fairytale goodness your own little Princess will love. Both are located inside a theme park, which can be a fun transition or much needed bribery tactic to get your littles leave once your meal is over. But don't overlook Trattoria Al Forno as here you'll be able to meet Ariel and Rapunzel as well as Flynn Rider and Prince Eric. I personally like that since this meal is in a Disney Resort Hotel you can dine here during a down day that you don't head to a park or even the morning of your Disney Departure.

Bonus Tip: Download the My Disney Experience Mobile App as it will help you find Character Experiences during your visit.

We'll See You Real Soon, Danielle!
