With your mention of being within 3 days of arrival, it sounds like you may have a
Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Package that includes both hotel accommodation and theme park tickets. This is likely not the news you were hoping to hear, but according to the
terms and conditions, once you are within those three days, changes to dates and length of stay cannot be made. Likewise, cancellations made within 3 days or less are non-refundable. I'm so sorry to share this less-than pixie-dusted news, Ryan. I know how hard it can be to reschedule the magic, especially if it's a trip you have been looking forward to. At this point, I would recommend calling
Guest Services to discuss your specific situation and see if there are options available to you.
If you happen to be inquiring about just changing the dates of your
theme park reservations for
theme park tickets that are not part of a package, follow me! I can easily share where that can be done. Simply, pull up the Disneyland App and head to the "+" in the bottom navigation bar, selecting "Make a Park Reservation". You will see an option to "Make or Modify Park Reservations" which will bring you to a page that will list out the reservations you are currently holding for tickets linked to your account. Select those that you would like to modify and tap the new date you are looking for on the calendar. The calendar updates live, and as we are in the swing of the holiday season, reservations may not be available, as it is a popular time to visit. That being said, Guests are always changing their plans, so if you continue to check, something may become available. If you have Park Hopper tickets, you can make a reservation for either park, with hopping available to you after 11:00 AM.
