Heigh-ho, heigh-ho, it’s off to
planDisney you go, Maryjo! I’m so glad you’re here!
The
Disneyland Resort strives to meet the needs of all Guests, including
those with disabilities. To help you discover the services available to you, I recommend checking out this page explaining
Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities. Here, you’ll find helpful information about attraction access, wheelchair and ECV rentals, disability parking, and service animals.
Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) and wheelchair rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis daily. You can find these rentals located to the right of the Disneyland Park Main Entrance, and they can be used throughout Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.
Depending on your specific situation, another possible service to consider is
Disability Access Service (DAS). DAS is a program offered to Guests who have a hard time waiting in a conventional queue due to a disability. If, however, your disability is based on the necessity to use a wheelchair, then you’ll either be able to wait in the standard queue in your wheelchair, or receive a return time at the attraction that is comparable to the current standby wait. If you have any additional questions, you can also contact Disability Services at (407) 560-2547, or send an email to
disability.services@disneyland.com.
Last but certainly not least, here’s the
Entertainment Schedule for your arrival day, so you can start mapping out your magical plans! It looks like Disney California Adventure Park will close at 8:00 PM that night for
Disneyland After Dark: Grad Nite Reunion, so if you’re park hopping, keep that in mind.
I hope this information helps you enjoy a comfortable visit to the Disneyland Resort, Maryjo!
Wishing you magic,
Kristin
