Hi!!! I'm going to WDW 5/30-6/7. My 4 years old would love to have a photo opportunity w/ Ariel. Knowing Ariel's Grotto is closed, is there someplace else where she can get the picture, besides character dining?. THANKS!!!!!!!

    Hi Sharon,

Your trip is so close & I know you are super excited!

Your little princess will be excited to hear that Ariel is currently appearing for pictures in her human form along with other characters from the Little Mermaid appear intermittently throughout the day at the Adventureland Veranda Gazebo at the Magic Kingdom (MK).

You can also see Ariel in the Celebrate A Dream Come True Parade held most afternoons in the Magic Kingdom.  While you aren't able to have a picture taken with her, its still really cool to see her in this awesome parade.

Ariel appears as a mermaid in the Voyage of the Little Mermaid at Disney's Hollywood Studios but there isn't a photo opportunity with Guests during this experience.

Be sure to check the Times Guide when you enter the parks for character appearance, parades and performance times. Times Guides are available at the entrance of the parks, Guest Relations and most merchandise locations.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
