I'm going to WDW in September. I've saved a few paychecks (actual checks!) and a large child support check. Is there someplace in WDW to cash them or should I cash them before I leave (we don't have a checking account, so it'll cost to cash them at home)

    Hi Angela,

It sounds like you have been saving for your Walt Disney World Vacation. I highly suggest that you cash your checks before you leave home. There are no check cashing facilities on the WDW property. If you are weary of carrying cash while traveling, turn some of your cash into Walt Disney World Gift Cards. Just know that you cannot turn them back into cash. They can only be redeemed for purchases only. With that in mind, another option may be to use a pre-paid re-loadable debit card that you can use after your vacation. You can put your cash on that and use it as a debit card throughout Walt Disney World. You may also withdraw your money at the ATM machines located all over the property for a fee of course. I hope that helps you  make a decision. Have a great vacation.
