What a great question! If you’d rather not carry your brand-new lightsaber all day — or wrestle with it on a plane — your best bet is to ship it home right from Hollywood Studios. The most convenient spot to do this will be
Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities. Just know that Cast Members are pros at carefully packing your saber so it arrives safely at your door - ready for your next backyard duel.
While there is no specific place to store your lightsaber at Hollywood Studios, if you decide you do want to keep your lightsaber with you for the rest of the day, there are a few ways to make the experience a little smoother. Sling the carrying case across your back instead of letting it hang straight down — it’s much easier to navigate the crowds without accidentally booping anyone in the head. In tight queues, hold it upright like a flag pole to keep it out of the way and protect it from bumps. On rides, just tuck it between your legs or along your side in the vehicle; most attractions can accommodate it without any trouble. NOTE: The one attraction you might be asked to store your lightsaber is
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster.
