Hi, I'm a WDW person, but this is my first trip to Disneyland. When the 60 Day Dining Reservation window opens, can I book reservations for the entire length of my stay or do I need to go in at 6am each morning as each new day becomes available?

    Hi Melissa, welcome to planDisney!

How exciting! You're going to have the best time visiting the place where it all started! While Disneyland Park has some similarities to Magic Kingdom Park, Disney California Adventure Park is very different from what you see at the Walt Disney World Resort, and I think you're going to really enjoy it! Cars Land and Avengers Campus are the two that immediately come to my mind which you're going to LOVE!

But back to your main question. Looks like you've already done your research! Just like you mentioned, dining reservations can be booked up to 60 days in advance, and through my own personal experience, and through discussions with my fellow planDisney panelists, it's our understanding that dining reservations will open 60 days in advance at 6 a.m. (California time). You will have to book each reservation as each new day becomes available. Unfortunately, you're unable to book all reservations at once for your entire stay. So make sure to mark your calendar and set your alarm clock!

OH! And before I let you go, one more tidbit I wanted to share. Currently, only MagicBand+ is supported at Disneyland Resort. MagicBand and MagicBand 2 are not supported at Disneyland Resort at this time, and cannot be linked to the Disneyland Mobile app. But I do have some good news! You can use the same MagicBand+ at both Disneyland Resort and the Walt Disney World Resort! So be sure to bring your MagicBand+!

    See ya real soon!
