I'm going to WDW for fist time with my kids and husband. i have a 2 and 6yr old, and finding this planning so stressful; what hotel will the kids most enjoy? which parks to go to? Work two jobs and font have too much time to research. Please HELP :)

    Hi Fatima!

Hakuna Matata! The WDW Moms Panel is here so that you don't have to worry about planning your vacation. We want to help you every step of the way.

First, I can tell you from years of experience that our son loved every WDW resort that we've stayed at and we've been to nearly all of them. Sometimes, we "hotel hop" and stay at 2-3 different hotels in a single visit because we love the resort hotels so much.

The most important factor in choosing a WDW resort should be your vacation budget. Does a value, moderate or deluxe hotel fit in this vacation? Our budget changes from vacation to vacation. Sometimes we stay deluxe and other times we go value. The moderate hotels are a fantastic value for your money. They offer more amenities than the value resorts but at a lower cost than the deluxes.

With a 2 and 6 year old, I would consider the following:

Value - Pop Century or All-Star Movies
Moderate - Port Orleans French Quarter or Caribbean Beach
Deluxe - Wilderness Lodge or Polynesian

Another idea for your family is to use the services of an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. They are free and a great travel agent can help find the best discounts. An agency such as Dreams Unlimited and Mouse Fan Travel will be of great help!

Feel free to stop back here and I'll help with further questions!
