Hi Katherine!
Welcome to planDisney! It looks like you are off to a great start with planning!
The good news is that if you are searching for a
vacation package online through the Walt Disney World Resort, once you enter the total number of people in your party and ages of any children traveling with you, the package price includes everyone. While searching packages, you should see any applicable
Special Offers. If you do not, feel free to check the Special Offers page separately to see which offers, if any, might apply to the dates of your visit.
As you select a resort hotel, consider the amenities that each offers. My family prefers resort hotels with several
dining and
transportation options. Our favorite resort hotels are within the
Disney Resorts Collection. We love Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Contemporary Resort, and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, which all have access to
Walt Disney World® Monorail Transportation. Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney's Contemporary Resorts both have walking paths to Magic Kingdom. We also really enjoyed staying at Disney's BoardWalk Inn and Disney's BoardWalk Villas because from there we could walk to Disney's Hollywood Studios and EPCOT.
I also took my girls on a girls' trip one year and we stayed at Disney's Pop Century Resort, which was budget-friendly. And, Disney's Pop Century Resort has access to the
Disney Skyliner! If you need a little more space than a standard room, try the family suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort or The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. The family suites and cabins both sleep up to six adults.
Katherine, as you continue to plan, consider making
advanced dining reservations. These can be difficult to secure, so be sure to make them right when your
dining reservation window opens which is currently at the 60-day mark prior to your arrival. Also check the
operational updates since policies and procedures could change before your visit. We are so excited to welcome you to a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
