During my family's last Walt Disney World Resort visit, we had a similar situation. We arrived at Epcot as the Park opened for the day. We planned to ride Test Track right away and had FastPass+ selections for Soarin' later in the day - it was a perfect plan! Turns out, I forgot to send Mother Nature my itinerary. It was raining when we arrived and Test Track was closed until the precipitation stopped and the track dried out. Later in the day, it was sure to be a long wait and I could see the look of disappointment starting to show on my boys' faces. There was no need to fear - I had the power of the My Disney Experience app right in my back pocket! I opened the app and saw there was minimal wait at Soarin' since it was early in the day. I cancelled our FastPass+ selection for Soarin' and scheduled one for Test Track later in the day - all while walking over to Soarin'. Just like that, the day's plan was saved - and I didn't even need to use any pixie dust. I was a vacation hero. You can also make changes by visiting a FastPass+ Kiosk in the same Theme Park your FastPass+ attractions are located.
