We're so glad to see you back at planDisney. My husband and I
loved our experience at
Sangria University last year, so I can certainly understand why you'd want to prioritize it during your fall visit. The atmosphere inside
Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood is stunning, and we learned so much while we sampled 4 distinct (and delicious) sangria varieties. I wouldn't hesitate to book the experience again! I'd also recommend booking a dinner at Toledo during your trip, if time allows. The menu is fantastic, and the portions are quite generous.
It's been some time since our reservation, so I just walked through the booking process online to confirm the current payment options. Since this is a pre-paid experience, a credit card is required, and unfortunately, gift cards aren't an option online. However, we had a variety of flavor and premium spirit add-on options when creating our own sangria blend during the experience and finalized payment at the end of class. You may be able to use a
Disney Gift Card for any additional charges incurred at that time.
I know this is not the answer you were hoping for, but rest assured, you can use your gift card at so many places once you're onsite, as my fellow panelist

Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you can even apply it toward any purchases charged to your room at the Front Desk each day.
