    I’m wanting to book a reservation for Afternoon Tea for our upcoming trip to someone as a gift. Is there a way to book it and keep it as a surprise? I don’t want her to get a confirmation email or for it to come up on her My Disney Experience app. Thank

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question!

    I just love creating magical surprise moments for my family while visiting the Walt Disney World Resort! I have recently made a very special dining reservation for our upcoming visit, and my husband has no idea that he is in for a unique treat. I am sure you will create beautiful memories at Afternoon Tea at Garden View Tea Room at the stunning Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

    As this is also going to be a surprise, I decided to make a reservation by calling (407) 939-3463. If you do the same, you will be given a confirmation number, and you do not need to link it to My Disney Experience if you are concerned that the Guest you want to surprise is going to see it. When you book by phone, you need to provide information on the number of Guests in your party, contact information, and also a valid credit card to secure your reservation. Please keep the confirmation number safe as you may need to present it to Cast Members when you arrive for your afternoon tea experience.
