    Im waiting to see if the free dining plan promotion was coming out for 9-2013 but planned on making reservations at 180 day mark (maybe before i know) Should I go and get the dining plan and if the promotion comes out, get re-embursed then? Hows this work?

    A September vacation to Walt Disney World sounds like a lot of fun!  It is a very nice time of the year to visit Mickey Mouse and his pals. 

    If you book your vacation and find a promotion, call (407)W-DISNEY and they can modify your reservation.  Many dining reservations will not even require a credit card hold, but for any that you pay for, you can certainly present your dining credits at your meals and they will refund your credit card (Cinderella's Royal Table for example).
