Hi, I'm visiting WDW in May & I wanted to have my DDs, 5 & 3, do the Storybook Moment where they are greeted by the princesses & proclaimed princesses. Is this a legit thing & how does it work? They get an invitation? do I get to choose whe

Hi Lysbeth! The “Storybook Moment” was recently introduced during the Disney 14 Days of Love series. It is available to pre-order, with delivery to any Walt Disney World Resort hotel or character dining location starting May 15. This does sound like it will be the perfect to way to celebrate the princesses in your family!

Your daughters' Storybook Moments can be set up online or by calling a Disney Floral & Gifts Dream Maker at WDW (407) WDW-GIFT, or (407) 939-4438. Each of your princesses will receive a pink “Storybook Moment” bag, which will include a royal invitation to any Princess meet and greet, a princess sash, fairytale tiara and personalized storybook proclamation. The proclamation is unsigned, just waiting for your favorite Disney Princess’s signature.

Once the big day arrives, you can help prepare your princesses for their royal moment by draping the sashes on them, placing the tiaras on their head, and visiting their favorite Princess’s meet and greet. Note that this does not include a FastPass+ entitlement, so you will need to set one up in My Disney Experience or choose to utilize the stand-by line to meet your favorite Disney Princess. Once at the meet and greet, the Princess will sign the declarations and recognize them as part of the royal court.

I hope your little princesses have an enchanted Storybook Moment. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
