Hi Patricia Veronica, The food trucks are such a fun addition to Downtown Disney, aren't they? You've discovered the newest (and perhaps one of the tastiest) ways to utilize your dining credits on the Disney Dining Plan. Although always subject to change, according to the Disney Parks Blog, the food trucks located at Downtown Disney's West Side do participate in the dining plan. I have read the trucks were only available Wednesdays through Sundays, but are now there more consistently. I haven't heard any plans to discontinue the trucks so I will keep my fingers crossed for you they are continuing to operate through the end of this month. Any other questions?
