Hi ! I’m visiting the park this spring of my food allergic child. I heard on a food allergy page that due to get disability a fast pass can be used for all rides. How do I get it and do we have to book ahead like the traditional fast pass rules. Thank you

    Hi Jenny!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Since I have children with food allergies, we have come to truly appreciate the way Special Dietary Requests are handled at the Walt Disney World Resort. Our girls have enjoyed so many different food items and have been well taken care of by the Disney chefs!

We have also used the Disability Access Service because my husband has a mobility disability. This service is intended for guests whose disability "prevents them from waiting in a conventional queue environment." To register for the service, simply stop by Guest Relations when you arrive at your first park. To use the service, any member of your party can approach a cast member at the entrance to an attraction. Explain that someone on your group has the Disability Access Service, then request a return time for the ride. In my experience, any member of the family can request the return time, but the person who is registered for the service must be the first to scan in at the attraction when you return to ride.

Jenny, the wonderful news is that, at this time, guests can use the Disability Access Service in addition to Fast Pass+. You must register for the Disability Access Service when you arrive. At this time, you cannot reserve it ahead of your visit. So I suggest that you make your Fast Pass+ selections before you go, then get to Guest Relations as soon as you can after you arrive.

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
