Alex from Essex Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I’m visiting in November and my group has the Disney dining plan. I wondered how it works if someone orders multiple drinks at dinner. Say I’m at the Hollywood brown derby and order a $16 cocktail, then a $9 beer, which would I have to pay separately for?

    Cheers Alex!

Welcome BACK to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with another question for us, this time about the fabulous Disney Dining Plan. I’m so happy that you trust us to provide you with answers. It is my absolute pleasure to offer you some guidance about making the most of your Dining Plan during your upcoming Walt Disney World holiday.

I love the Disney Dining Plan and have made use of it many times over the years. It makes planning and budgeting for meals a breeze. With the inclusion of an alcoholic beverage with each meal, maybe I should say it makes planning and budgeting for meals a “Sea Breeze”. You will find some wonderful options for beverages at the Disney restaurants, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. I recommend specifying to your server which drink you would like to have included with your Dining Plan and which beverage you would like to pay for separately.

I hope you have an unforgettable time visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth, Alex. You have a friend in me, in all of us here at planDisney. So, stop back by whenever we can help answer your holiday questions.
