I’m visiting Magic Kingdom and I’ve been there SO many times!!! I wanna know what ELSE is there to do at Magic Kingdom (mostly for free) other than rides, I’m going in September, any ideas for must do list now?

Hi there, Laura, and thanks for stopping back by planDisney!

Because of the incredible perks available to you, I understand that many of Mickey's Floridian neighbors are frequent visitors to The Most Magical Place on Earth and consequently feel there aren't *Minnie* items left unchecked on your magical list of must-dos. One of the things I love most about Walt Disney Resort vacations is the way no two are ever the same. I'm always discovering new and unexpected bits of magic around every corner, so let's see if we can add a bit of pixie dust to your next magical vacation.

If you're looking for new experiences in September, Laura, I can assure you there will be one waiting for you. Tiana's Bayou Adventure is almost there and will be opening to Guests this summer! It's been so fun to watch the progress over the past year, and I can't wait to experience the iconic drop in its new form!

I feel that so often I'm running from attraction to attraction, so in recent years one thing I have become very intentional about is taking the time to immerse myself in the magic by taking note of the incredible details and theming. One of my favorite ways to do this is by participating in scavenger hunts throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Whether it's searching for Hidden Mickeys in general or more specifically, the 10 hidden friends of Pascal near Rapunzel's tower in Fantasyland, it's always a fun (and free) way to spend some time.

I'm sure you're aware that Walt Disney World's entertainment is unparalleled. In Magic Kingdom Park alone you can enjoy a larger-than-life parade that often features a fire-breathing dragon, hear a musical stage show with beloved character appearances, and even catch a barbershop quartet. Performance times are even conveniently listed in the My Disney Experience mobile app under 'Entertainment' so you never miss a minute of the magic.

Of course, even miracles take a little time, so not all magic abides by a schedule. Some of my favorite moments have been spontaneous bits of magic in which I just happened to be in the right place at the right time and definitely would have missed were I scurrying from attraction to attraction. Most recently, I happened to be in front of Country Bear Jamboree when a Frontierland Hoedown began as Cast Members and characters suddenly emerged from various directions and began an epic dance routine. Before the grand finale, Guests are invited to participate in the fun, and much to my delight, Chip requested to be my partner for the Hokey Pokey.

While all of the options listed above are included in theme park entry, if you're willing to spend a bit more you might consider looking into the Enchanting Extras or table service dining options available at Magic Kingdom Park.

I hope this was helpful, Laura, and that you're upcoming vacation is filled with magical experiences that are new to you. If you have any additional questions, feel free to stop back by. I'm always happy to help!

    See ya real soon,
    Lizzie
