Hi Amy!
The
holidays are a magical time to visit Walt Disney World Resort ! The holiday decorations at Magic Kingdom are absolutely beautiful and you will be able to enjoy special holiday treats and purchase holiday merchandise during your visit. If you get a chance, I recommend that you make a visit to
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to see the incredible gingerbread house and even get a gingerbread shingle to enjoy!
If you will be visiting Magic Kingdom on November 27, that is a day when
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party will be occurring in the evening. Since Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is a specially ticketed event, it requires a separate party ticket to enjoy the theme park's attractions and the party's exclusive Character Experiences, entertainment and treats once the party begins at 7:00 p.m. At that point, Guests who enjoyed the park with standard park tickets will be directed towards the theme park exit.
If you would like to be able to enjoy a full day at Magic Kingdom that does not overlap with a party, both November 26 and 28 are days that would be good options. Otherwise, if you are still planning on enjoying Magic Kingdom on November 27, I would recommend that you plan to head to
Disney Springs after you leave the theme park, where you will be able to enjoy incredible dining, shopping and entertainment. I think it's a great way to end a magical Disney day!
Please let us know if you have additional questions as you continue planning. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
