Bree from Queensland Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I'm visiting on Magic Kingdom on November 11 but I book into my Disney accomodation on November 10. What day is considered 7 days prior in regards to when I can book multi lane passes?

Hey Howdy Hey Bree and welcome to planDisney!

The new Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass options are much needed. They are so beneficial to help Guests navigate the parks to do a little more in-depth itinerary planning before their vacation begins allowing for the perfect day to come into play. With the new product launch, some questions do come up that we need to clarify. Not to worry Bree, you've got a friend in me to give you a few dates to keep in mind. Let's get to it!

Bree, you have things right so far, Guests staying onsite at a Disney Resort hotel or qualifying resort will have the option to purchase and book Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Single Pass 7 days before their arrival date. So if you check in to your hotel on November 10th, it will be 7 days before to book your Lightning Lanes which will fall on November 3rd. There is, however, one minor issue with booking these options.

At this time, Lightning Lanes are only able to be purchased if Guests are in the United States or Canada. If you are in the States at the 7-day mark you are more than welcome to purchase at that time. Just be aware if you are outside of the country, you may get an error message. That being said, this is a new product that was recently launched and with so many international Guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, Disney may be pushed to change this policy. Keep an eye on Disney Parks on social media as well as the Disney Parks Blog for any announcements that may come of this change so you can be quick to purchase your Lightning Lanes!

My fingers are crossed that sometime soon we have an update on access for international Guests. Until then, if you have any other questions, feel free to stop back and let us know, we are always happy to help!

    To Infinity and Beyond,

    Nick
