Hi! I'm visiting the Grand Floridian in a week. We've requested three side by side rooms on the 3rd floor, facing the castle. How can we make sure that we get the rooms we requested? Thanks for your help!

Hi Alison!  I wish I could tell you that there was a guarantee when it comes to room requests but it is simply a request. The resort cast will do everything they can to make the magic happen but it is a large puzzle that has to have every piece fall into place for it to work. Rooms need to be available on the same date that are all three together and with the view you desire. Rooms must not need maintenance from previous guests. And of course guests need to depart and not extend their reservations if room capacity at the resort is open.

Many guests of course desire the Magic Kingdom views so there are many who have sent this into the resort. I suggest as a last minute wish to send a fax about 4-5 days before you arrive explaining this request once again. The last correct number I had was 407-824-3186 but verify that by calling the resort at 407-824-3000.  I hope they are able to make the magic happen for you and your traveling party but the Grand Floridian is a wonderful resort no matter where your room is located!
