Hi there! I'm visiting from England soon and I need to know... is there anywhere on Disney World property I can get a cup of English Breakfast tea with milk (or at least boiling - not just hot - water so I can make my own)?

Hi there, Catherine, welcome to planDisney. Visiting from the UK myself, I completely understand your desire to sip your favourite bibbidi bobbidi blend while you're on holiday!

I always seek out a nice cuppa when I’m at Disney World, so you’ve come to the right place with your question.

If you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, I’m pleased to share that most rooms have complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities, which currently include Twinings Breakfast Tea. On my last trip, I made a cup of tea to enjoy in my room before heading out for a day in the parks- it’s a practically perfect way to start a Disney day!

My daily cup of breakfast tea fuels my busy park days, and I’m happy to share with you a few of my favourite spots to get a magical brew! On my last trip, I used the Mobile Food Order feature in the My Disney Experience app to order Twinings Hot Tea from Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe at Magic Kingdom. I grabbed my tea and then headed to the Storybook Circus area; my favourite place to enjoy a cup of tea and a sweet treat from Big Top Souvenirs. The circus tent is shaded and cool, and is usually quite peaceful, so it’s the perfect spot to recharge for 10 minutes before enjoying another ride!

Each of the 4 Disney theme parks has a Starbucks, which serves Twinings Breakfast Tea (yes, I have absolutely tried them all!) They are Main Street Bakery at Magic Kingdom, Connections Cafe at EPCOT, The Trolley Car Cafe at Hollywood Studios, and Creature Comforts at Animal Kingdom (and, in my experience, they have all been boiling hot, so no need to worry about a warmish cuppa!)

I can't talk about tea without mentioning the Rose & Crown Pub in the World Showcase in EPCOT! You can enjoy a lovely cup of tea there, and then browse all of the tea-related gifts in The Tea Caddy shop.

Top Tip: Have you enjoyed the Afternoon Tea experience at The Garden View Lounge at Grand Floridian Resort and Spa? It has recently reopened, and offers a delicious menu and tea selection in stunning surroundings. This is one of my favourite Disney dining experiences, and I can’t recommend it enough to tea and cake lovers!

I hope your jolly holiday is practically perfect in every way, Catherine, and you find the most magical blend to enjoy on your trip.

If you have any more questions, stop by and see me anytime at planDisney.

    Magic Awaits,

    Abi
