Hi Vivian and
bienvenue to planDisney.
I have the most fantastic news! Since you sent your question in, a couple of days ago, further dates have been released which means that it is now possible to book the
Reserved Viewing Area for all dates up until the end of March 2026, subject to availability.
If you booked directly with
Disneyland Paris and have linked your booking in the
Disneyland Paris App, the easiest way to do this is by clicking on "Buy" at the bottom of the home page, followed by "Shows and parades: Preferred access" and then "Select" on the "Parade and nighttime show: Reserved viewing area" option. You then need to click "Select" on the "Reserved viewing area: Nighttime show" option.
If you made your booking through a Travel Agency then it is only possible to reserve viewing areas via the Disneyland Paris App, 1 week before your arrival date.
Should you encounter any difficulties when making your purchase, I would recommend contacting a Disney Agent via the Live Chat function which can be accessed by clicking on "Ask your question" in the blue box that says "Need help?" which pops up while you are browsing the Disneyland Paris App.
Top Tip - Disney Agents are available Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 7.30pm and on Saturdays from 9.30am to 6pm (French time).
Before I leave you to get on with your packing, Vivian, did you know that you'll be arriving at Disneyland Paris on the very first day of the
Disney Halloween Festival? What brilliant timing! Don't miss Mickey's Halloween Celebration cavalcade which will be taking place twice a day or the opportunity to meet and greet with some of the Disney villains including Jafar, the Cheshire Cat, Captain Hook and Jack Skellington with his friend, Sally. You can check the times that Disney characters are available on the Disneyland Paris App.
Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
Emma
