Well hello there, Nichole. It's so nice to virtually meet you!
Upon doing a little research on Get Away Today's website, they still have it listed in multiple places that Guests need to make
Theme Park Reservations. However, this
could be because the Theme Park Reservation rules
just changed (today in fact) and they haven't updated the information on their site. One way to confirm this would be to contact them directly, which would be my top recommendation. Another option is that after they have been purchased, you can link them to your
My Disney Experience account to find out. You can do this by logging in, selecting "My Plans" under the My Disney Experience menu, and clicking on the middle icon that says "Park Tickets" underneath. Then, select "Link Tickets" and follow the prompts. Once complete, you can confirm if they have dates assigned to them by going back to "My Plans," scrolling down, and clicking "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." This will list all of the tickets associated with your account and should list any dates associated with them.
Once you've gotten everything settled, you have some really exciting things to plan! Most importantly, where are you going to
dine? Some of my favorites over the past year or so have been
Ale & Compass Restaurant at
Disney's Yacht Club Resort for brunch,
Tiffins Restaurant at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and
Steakhouse 71 at
Disney's Contemporary Resort. And don't even get me started on snacks and some great
quick-service restaurant options. However, I
will take any opportunity to sing the praises of the
Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich for breakfast at
Sleepy Hollow at
Magic Kingdom Park! And you can use the
Mobile Order Service to order it.
And it's delicious. It's piled high with fresh fruit, delicious chocolate hazelnut spread over a fresh and fluffy waffle...okay, I'll stop. But please know that I could go on and on!
If you have any other questions,
please reach out to me directly.
Food is like music,
