Hello I’m visiting Disney in November this year, I am wanting to propose to my girlfriend but have been trying to get a firework cruise however it gets fully booked everyday, is there any other magical place in Disney that I could pop the question

    Congratulations Kye!

Proposing at Walt Disney World is such a magical plan! Firework cruises are wildly popular, the boats are limited, and party nights can cut into availability. Your best bet is to jump the moment your booking window opens, swing by the marina desks in the afternoon to ask about day-of cancellations, and keep checking. Pixie-dust luck does strike. However, I recommend having a plan B, and some of these ideas might even be better than a fireworks cruise.

If you want a quieter, storybook moment, slip over to the Cinderella Castle Wishing Well just off the path to the right of the Castle. Early morning there feels like the park is whispering just to you. Another calm hideaway is the UK Gardens in EPCOT; wander behind the shops and you’ll find a little English garden that glows at golden hour. It is very romantic and without the crowds. For something serene and unforgettable, head to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and the Arusha Savanna Overlook near sunset; giraffes strolling by make for a breathtaking “yes.”

Prefer a cheer-worthy backdrop? The Italy Pavilion bridge in EPCOT gives you sweeping lagoon views and a grand, European-postcard vibe. Expect applause and easy access to celebratory gelato. Or go classy and cinematic with a dinner at California Grill in Disney’s Contemporary Resort, then step onto the observation deck for those soaring Castle views. You can time it for sunset or the evening firework spectacular for extra sparkle.

For an extra sprinkle of pixie dust, level up the moment with a Capture Your Moment photo session so a Disney photographer can secretly help you stage “the spot” and then snap the big reveal. This is available in all four parks. You can also add romance with a horse-drawn carriage ride at Fort Wilderness or Port Orleans Riverside, then celebrate with a signature dinner like California Grill, Cinderella’s Royal Table, or even the ultra-elegant Victoria & Albert’s.  You can also find more ideas and inspiration at Disney's Fairytale Weddings and Honeymoons. For one more magical touch, peek at the Magically Ever After Wedding Shop for a Disney-inspired ring box or keepsake to unveil after she says “yes.”

    Good luck and congratulations!
