Hi, I'm visiting disney in June 2013 and staying the first week offsite then the next 8 nights at OKW with disney tickets included so I could get the dining plan. Can I get my Park tickets earlier than check in so that I can use them in my first week? thx

    Hi there, Philippa!

As a Guest of a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can pick up your Magic Your Way tickets three days before the start of your Resort stay, even if you are staying off property prior to your stay at Disney's Old Key West Resort. You'll need to do so at any Guest Relations window at a Park or at Downtown Disney.

Please note that if you have a package which includes Dining, you cannot get access to Dining until you have actually checked in to your Resort.

For your own peace of mind, you might want to contact the ticketing department directly and confirm this with a Cast Member or a supervisor. Call 1-407-566-4985 from 8:30am - 4:45pm EDT.

You can also email your inquiries to: ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com.

    Have a wonderful trip!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
