Bonjour Jeff, and welcome to planDisney! September is such a lovely time to visit Paris. I was there last fall, and the weather was beautiful. Now let’s talk about getting a hold of one of the Disneyland Paris Cast Members.
While there isn’t a chat feature in the
Disneyland Paris mobile app, sometimes you’ll see a chat icon pop up in the lower right corner of the
Disneyland Paris website. In my experience, there isn’t a specific schedule for when the chat feature is available, so it’s often easier to give Disneyland Paris a
call on the phone if you need to speak with a Cast Member soon. Just keep in mind that the times listed on the website are in local French time, so the Client Relation Center is generally only available until roughly lunchtime Eastern Time.
Now, onto your magical vacation in September! As someone who also travels from the U.S., I love checking out the unique attractions and shows that you can only find at Disneyland Paris.
Sleeping Beauty Castle is absolutely stunning with all of the manicured lollipop trees. And make sure you go inside to see the beautiful stained glass windows and, of course, the
dragon waiting in the dungeon!
Some of my other must-dos include
Big Thunder Mountain (it’s longer than the Disney World version and even has underwater tunnels!) and
Phantom Manor (their take on Haunted Mansion, which I find to be much spookier!). Disneyland Paris also has incredible stage shows, and some of my favorites are
Mickey and the Magician and
The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands.
And, finally, if you’re figuring out what dining reservations to make, two of my must-dos are
Walt’s - an American restaurant (with a menu inspired by Walt Disney’s favorite foods!) and
Bistrot Chez Remy (featuring the most adorable theming that I really wish we had in EPCOT!).
I’m wishing you a magical time at Disneyland Paris in September. And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome at planDisney.
