Greetings, and welcome to planDisney, Lindsay!
Thank you so much for stopping by with this excellent question, let’s see what we can do to help you out. As a fellow Guest myself, I would love to make everything just right, but I cannot delve into Guest reservations, nor do I have the authority to do so, I am very sorry. But, I can offer some trouble-shooting suggestions which have worked for me.
Please check the
Walt Disney World Recommended Browsers for your computer, and on your mobile device please ensure you have performed all updates, and turned on notifications in "Settings" to "Disney World," and then on the My Disney Experience app enable notifications by opening the app, tap on the three short lines on the bottom right to open your “Welcome Lindsay” page, scroll to “My Profile” tap on “Mobile Device Notifications” and tap all fields to open all notifications so the app can work optimally and to provide you updates.
To check your
Disney account for linked reservations:
1. On your Disney account, roll over “My Disney Experience” on the top right and when you see “My Plans,” click to open “Dining, Resort hotel & Tickets.”
2. If your theme park admission is linked, it will be there, if not click on "Link Tickets & Passes" and enter the ID number manually - after this, it should also appear in the My Disney Experience app.
For a linked theme park ticket, you can add
Disney Genie+ by:
1. Opening “My Plans” after clicking on “My Disney Experience.”
2. Select “Tickets & Memory Maker” and then click on “Change Ticket” for the one you need to modify.
On the
My Disney Experience app before your visit, you can add the Disney Genie+ by:
1. Open the complimentary Disney Genie and select “My Day.”
2. Tap “Get Disney Genie+ service.”
Or, on the day of your visit, just after midnight you can purchase the Disney Genie+ service and be ready to make your selections beginning at 7:00 AM. By waiting until the day of your visit, you don’t have to modify your single-day use ticket before your arrival. Please make sure you have a
Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservation in advance of your arrival.
Lindsay, I hope this helps you, please feel free to pop back for any other planning - thank you!
