I'm so sorry you're having some technical issues with your ticket in the app. No fun! I'm hoping I'm not too late to give you some tips.
It sounds like you're already aware that you can use the
Disneyland Mobile App to link your theme park tickets by scanning the ticket or entering the Ticket ID number in the "My Tickets & Passes" section. Since that isn't working, I would recommend using the app to chat with a Cast Member by tapping the "☰" icon and scrolling down to "Chat with Us" under the help section. Alternatively, you could
call the "Tickets" phone number to speak with a Cast Member and get some help to resolve your issue.
Are you visiting the parks with the friend who purchased your ticket? If so, you can go ahead and enter the park together and then ask for help at
Guest Relations to get the ticket linked to your account. You can certainly link a ticket to more than one account, so that shouldn't be causing the issue. I wish I could see your app so I could give you a more solid answer, but I know that the Cast Members will be anxious to help you!
Once you get past that little glitch there is some very spooky fun waiting for you at the parks!
