Hiya Anh-Thu! Welcome to planDisney. We’re so happy you’re here!
I bet you're growing more and more excited about your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation with each passing day. I'm sure you’re looking forward to this special time with your family, and rightfully so, with so many incredible things to enjoy at Walt Disney World these days. If you’re arriving before March 31st, 2023,
Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration. And what a party it is! You're going to absolutely love visiting during this special time with the extra sprinklings of pixie dust all around Walt Disney World in honor of The World's Most Magical Celebration, so I'm so pumped for you to set off on your magical vacation!
I’m so happy to hear you’ll be enjoying a stay at
Walt Disney World Swan Reserve! While I haven’t yet had a chance to stay at this fabulous new resort, it’s certainly on my bucket list! The location alone is unbeatable, putting you just a walk away from both
EPCOT and
Disney’s Hollywood Studios. How great is that?
Now, let’s get your reservation linked to your
My Disney Experience account. You’ll first want to start by locating the confirmation number in the email you will have received when you first booked your stay. Once you have that handy, head over to your My Disney Experience mobile app. Next, open the menu by clicking on the three stacked lines in the bottom right corner, and click on “Link to Account.” From there, toggle over to “Type ID,” and enter your confirmation and the name on the reservation under “Resort Reservation.” Now, If you’re still getting that same error, you may have the wrong confirmation, as some booking services use a different number. So, you’ll just have to call the resort and ask them for the correct confirmation. You can reach them at (407) 842-4900. Once you have that, just follow the steps above, and you should be all set!
I hope you found this answer helpful! As you continue to plan for your visit, know that we are here to help you make the most of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. So, please visit us again with any questions you may have.
See you real soon!
