Hello Susan!
Welcome to planDisney!
Disney's All-Star Music Resort will soon be your home away from home in just a few short weeks and I bet you and your family are very excited!
I love that there are so many options for people in Walt Disney World to have an enjoyable experience no matter the situation.
Disability Access Service (DAS) is a program for people who are not able to wait in a regular queue due to a disability. International guests who wish to get registered for this service have to wait till they arrive at any of the four main theme parks and speak to someone in
Guest Relations. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to register at any of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels at this time. I also want to note that right now, this service is not for people who can best be aided by a wheelchair or scooter for their disability. Cast Members will be able to support such mobility-related issues by having the guest wait in line while with their wheelchair or scooter and provide accommodations in ride loading and unloading. In the end, the final judgment call is with the Cast Members and Guest Relations.
If for some reason, obtaining the DAS service does not work out then I would consider purchasing
Genie+ for everyone in your party. I found that Genie+ worked fabulously last time I was in the Parks and I was able to get access to many rides with a limited wait. I set alarms on my phone for when I could book my next Lightning Lane Entry and my day moved so efficiently.
I do hope this helps and that you have a magical time.
Let me know if you have any more questions as I am glad to help!
Happy Planning!
