Hi I’m from the uk 199 days to go and just wondering when I can link my reservation to the hotel please Thanks Marie

Hello Marie and thanks so much for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such a great question!
As the current British Mum here on the Panel I can totally relate to booking jolly holidays to Walt Disney World Resort so far in advance as that's exactly what I do for my own family of Mouseketeers.  And of course part of that fun is linking that magical reservation to My Disney Experience!
I'm happy to share Guests should be able to link most newly made Disney reservations to their My Disney Experience account around 48 hours after 1st securing the booking except for stays at either Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa or Disney's Old Key West Resort where it's around 10 months prior to check-in.
If for some reason you're still experiencing difficulties linking your Walt Disney World Resort reservation to My Disney Experience I can highly recommend speaking to a knowledgeable Cast Member by dialling the UK freephone number for Technical Support contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory
If I can help sprinkle additional pixie dust onto your 2019 plans to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort please do pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
