    I'm from the UK and want to choose my magic bands! I can't seem to access the portal to choose them. I have tried logging out, using the app and tried on my laptop and phone. They don't work and just takes me to the magic band help page

    Hello Lorna and thanks for visiting planDisney with your great question about choosing MagicBands.

    As the current UK Panelist here at planDisney it's my pleasure to try and offer some small insight into making your MagicBand selections today!  I can totally understand your frustrations Lorna, as there's nothing quite like making jolly holiday plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort, and then seeing them all nicely linked into your My Disney Experience account - it really is quite satisfying! 

    I'm sure you've already done this, but before logging into your My Disney Experience account on a desk-top computer, try clearing the computer cache - this may, or may not make a difference, but I think it's at least worth a try! 

    Once logged onto My Disney Experience, ensure you've linked your already made Disney Resort hotel reservation and any purchased Ultimate Tickets before retrying to make those all-important MagicBand selections. If at this point, you're still experiencing difficulties I suggest speaking directly with a knowledgable Cast Member by dialling the free-phone number for Technical & Website Support contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.  Before calling, be sure to have your Resort reservation number close to hand!

    I must admit to having my own MagicBand obsession!  I could easily reuse still functioning MagicBands from previous trips, but I still seem to enjoy adding to my growing collection by shopping at select Merchandise Stores that stock Magic Bands at Walt Disney World Resort.
