    I’m in UK and called to book MNSSHP tickets for our Aug trip but haven’t received confirmation email with ticket pdf, when I try to input the ref number I was given into MDE I get an error message that number is incorrect. I’m panicking, any ideas please?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Firstly, I'm excited to see that you have purchased tickets for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for your holiday in August.  You will love it!  Magic Kingdom Park is transformed into a ghoulish wonderland for the evening, and while the whole event is amazing, please ensure you catch Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade and Disney's Not So Spooky Spectacular fireworks.

    I can understand how frustrating it is when trying to link your ticket for this event to your My Disney Experience account.  Firstly, I would call the booking number again, 0800 08 50 582 (freephone UK), to double-check that you have the correct reference number, and to query whether you should have received a confirmation email with your ticket purchase.  Also, as you may need some technical assistance with this, I recommend that you call the Technical Support team on UK freephone number 0800 169 0749 (also a freephone UK number) between noon-10.00pm daily for any technical support with My Disney Experience.  Please have your booking reference handy when you call.

    I see your arrival date is in August, so you have some time to plan for your FastPass+ reservations.  If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, your 60-day window opens up on 9th June 2020, and if you are staying elsewhere your 30-day window opens on 9th July 2020 at 12.00 noon (UK).  Sometimes it opens a little earlier, so I am always ready to select my favourite attractions at 11.45am!

    Dining reservations at Table-Service restaurants are also highly recommended, and these can be made up to 180 days in advance, online or by using your My Disney Experience account.
