    I’m trying to view all my Disney World photo classes that I took in Disney Springs July 28, 2021. Oh my photos are there however some of the backgrounds are gray and I was told that they would turn after 48 hours. Can you help me?

    I always enjoy looking back on photos from our Walt Disney World Resort vacations. I especially love the convenience of the Disney PhotoPass Service and the digital photo downloads made available through Memory Maker. With so much magic to experience in a Walt Disney World Resort stay, it's wonderful to have lots of photos to cherish the memories.

    I'm thinking you might be asking about some fun photos you had taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers at the Disney PhotoPass Studio at Disney Springs. The Disney PhotoPass Studio offers such a cool way to create even more memories to cherish, especially with the playful virtual backgrounds that transport you to magical places. 

    It sounds, though, that perhaps some of the photos you're viewing from your session are not displaying as you'd expect. My best suggestion is to call the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team at (407) 560-4300. I'm hopeful a friendly Cast Member can help you with your question about how your photos are displaying.
