I’m trying to upgrade my tickets to the park hopper option. There doesn’t seem to be the option on the news Disney Experience app. under my tickets. Is there another way to do this online? Thanks!

Hi Belinda! Welcome back to planDisney! We are so glad you stopped by with another great question!

I'm so sorry to hear you are having trouble upgrading your tickets with the Park Hopper Option! That is super frustrating, but I am happy to help get this taken care of for you! After all, we here at planDisney love helping our fellow Guests with all their vacation planning questions! So, let's get down to upgrading those tickets, shall we?

First, let's start by checking that your existing tickets are linked properly in your My Disney Experience app by logging in and opening the menu (three stacked horizontal lines on the bottom right corner). Then, click on "Tickets and Passes." If your existing tickets are linked, you will see them on this page. If not, click on "Link Tickets & Passes" and follow the prompts to get them added to your account.

Once your tickets are showing up under "Tickets and Passes," check to see if an option is available to make modifications to your ticket. If not, then your upgrade will need to be done over the phone with a helpful Cast Member on the Existing Tickets team. You can reach them at (407) 934-7639, and they will be happy to take care of this for you! As an alternative, you can also upgrade your ticket when you arrive by visiting the Guest Relations window at the entrance to the parks.

Adding the Park Hopper Option to your ticket is a fantastic idea, Belinda! It gives you the freedom to enjoy multiple parks in one day, allowing you to explore even more Walt Disney World magic! I see you will be visiting during The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, which is an absolute must-do if you ask me! EPCOT is often open later than some other parks, so I like to start my day at a park that closes earlier, head back to my hotel for a quick nap or dip in the pool, and then hop over to EPCOT to enjoy the festival in the evening. It's the perfect time to enjoy the delicious food from the outdoor kitchens and grab a drink before watching the incredible nighttime spectacular, Harmonious. Talk about a perfect day!

Belinda, I hope I have been able to help you today! Please stop by again soon with any other Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning questions you may have.

    See you real soon!
